1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Email address — collected when you submit a conversion request, used solely to deliver your converted audiobook file.
- Uploaded files — the ebook file you submit for conversion. Files are processed to perform the conversion and deleted within 48 hours.
Payment Information
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe’s privacy practices are described at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, our servers may automatically log standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. This information is used for security monitoring and service operation and is not used to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your conversion request and deliver your audiobook file.
- Send your download link via email.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your email address for marketing, newsletters, or promotional communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following third-party services to operate EbookAloud. Each has its own privacy practices:

Your uploaded file is transmitted to RunPod for processing and to Cloudflare R2 for temporary storage. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not use your content for any purpose other than performing the conversion.

5. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on stored files. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@trilunarlabs.com and we will delete it promptly.
